Reduce the impact of persistent pain
Living with persistent pain can be challenging, complex and unpredictable.
APM's Pain Triage service is a multidisciplinary service.
We assess people living with pain, understand their needs and recommend the most appropriate clinical pathway and services to meet those needs.
You are eligible if you:
- Have an ACC covered injury
- Have persistent pain lasting three months or more
- This service requires a referral from a physician or an allied health professional.
The process is simple:
- Talk to your physician or allied health professional
- Ask for a referral to APM
- Wait to be contacted by our team
